Fitted with the monstrous M156 6.2L V8, the C63 rocketed past its competition,
making it the fastest production 4-door car at its debut. At ESS, we think
there’s some improvements we can make on the C63, so we set our sights on
cranking as much power as we could out of the M156 in our signature fashion
without sacrificing anything in the way of smoothness or reliability.</p><p>We first start by pairing the
massive V8 with an equally massive 2.9L twin screw supercharger unit from
Whipple, capable of producing over 1000hp that will easily quench the M156’s
thirst for fresh air. The lag-free performance of the supercharger means the
C63 gets a massive jump in HP and Torque from idle to all the way to redline
that’ll match up to the performance of many exotics.  A high capacity air to liquid intercooler is
employed to ensure consistent performance over prolonged periods of time.
Finally, it’s not an ESS Tuning system without our signature ECU software,
which we bundle via an ECU E-flash cable. </p><p>We think this is one of our best
kits yet, resulting in over 577hp and 489 ft-lbs of torque to the wheels on the
base C63 with the factory exhaust system. Like every supercharger system we
make, we pay careful attention in ensuring OEM levels of detail and quality in
everything that we do, from the quality of our milled brackets and overall
engine bay aesthetic, to the civilized, smooth, and reliable power delivery of
our engine tuning. <br>

of our intake manifold on the VT2 kits we make for the E9x M3’s. Designed
through sophisticated CAD software and made using lightweight cast aluminum, our intake
manifold alone is proof of our obsession with keeping things in line to what
the OEM would do.</p><p>Our manifold integrates the largest air to liquid to
intercooler available on the market, which is sandwiched in between industry exclusive CNC machined and fully optimized velocity stacks. Not only does that give the manifold its unique
appearance, but its compact packaging allows for both minimal weight disruption
without needing extra piping for a front mount, and concentrated and centered
weight distribution as to not disrupt the balance of the M3. </p><p>Our obsession with factory like quality doesn’t end there. </p><p>Our VT2 kits are powered by Vortech’s V3 SI trim supercharger,
pushing out 6, 7, or 8 psi for our VT2-595, 625, and 650 kits respectively.
Bundled in our kit is our pre-calibrated flash tune allows for a smooth,
factory-like power delivery when cruising while still enabling the V8 to
achieve monstrous acceleration when power is demanded. </p><p>Our kit is packaged for ease of installation, you’ll notice

Audi R8.

We added a Whipple 2.9L supercharger onto the engine combined with an air to
water intercooler. Then, we mix it all together with our legendary tuning
expertise to bring you an additional 210hp and 190 ft lbs of torque. Like
everything we do here at ESS, we make sure that reliability and drivability are
one of top priorities, with such monstrous and unending power,  the car must still be reliable for daily use

supercharging kits. For the E46, we offer the VT2-525, VT2-550, and VT2-575,
upping the horsepower to 525hp, 550hp, and 575hp respectively. Each kit
utilizes Vortech’s V3 SI supercharger, capable of a maximum output of 775hp. </p><p>Our quality is apparent the moment you open our kit, with
each part separated, categorized and labeled for ease of installation. You’ll
quickly notice that factory grade components from the likes of Bosch, Koyo, and
BMW themselves are present in addition to our custom powder coated and mandrel
bent tubing, High capacity FMIC with cast end tanks, and our custom cast
aluminum intake manifold. Our custom components are not only designed to offer
the most unrestrictive flow possible to the engine for maximum performance, but
to also preserve the chassis balance of the M3 through our use of lightweight
materials. </p><p>Our Supercharger kit also includes everything you need on
the engine management side, which includes our ESS E-Flash Cable as well as the
corresponding software tune to go with your supercharger, providing optimum
ignition timing under all conditions, recalibrated throttle control for quicker
throttle response, recalibrated VANOS control, and perfectly optimized fuel
delivery.</p><p>Once installed, the legendary characteristics of an ESS
supercharger kit becomes apparent, with monstrous power when you need it and smooth,
factory like drivability when you don’t. </p><p>Like everything we make, we put it through over 50,000 street and track miles on multiple vehicles
throughout the world, 60+ hours on our load dyno, full load top speed endurance
testing on the German Autobahn, and final certification laps on the
Nurburgring.  In the end, we back it all
