Product Description

ESS optimized ECU software is a result of 100's of dyno runs and exact calibration of all parameters to allow maximum performance gains with improved driveability/fuel consumption.

When ordering this product you will receive 1 ESS DirectFlash handheld programmer which will VIN lock to your car. This unit can be used to program between stock and tuned, and it can also be used to load custom files/updates received from ESS over email. The ESS DirectFlash unit can hold up to 10 tunes + stock, allowing the end user full control over what program they want to run at any given time.

    I got Stage2 tuning for my 325d manual just before easter 2011 and WOW, what a difference.
    I just love my "new" car.
    It pulls stronger than original all the way from 1400rpm, but pulls on another level from about 2000rpm, and its much more willing to rev all the way to the redline. Still puts a smile on my face when I push on:-)
    Keeps the original drivability and also gives me about the same mpg's
    My third diesel-BMW tuned by ESS, Fantastic!!
