*The ESS E-Flash OBD2 cable option allows the end user to upload the supercharger ECU software directly to the car from any PC running Windows XP or newer. The system also includes full diagnostic and code clearing capability. Any future ESS software updates can be received by email and loaded directly to the car. The stock ECU software will be saved and can easily be restored in the future.

Install: 9/10. Instructions were good and easy to follow. Some pictures took some figuring to depict, but overall they were very complete, in order, and descriptive. Almost every part was with the kit with the excePtion of small things you should have anyway such as zip ties and electrical tape. All parts were of super high quality and appearance
Performance: Whoa! Off the line acceleration isn't the greatest but MUCH better than factory, but once the engine is spun up past 3500-4000 it is very fast. Part throttle acceleration is phenominal, and drivability remains unchanged. Best performance upgrade you can buy for a 650i in my opinion.
