The turn around time was excellent and the install was quite fair. I would reccomend this product to anyone wanting to expeirence the BMW that they drive as it was intended to be. The best part about this nice litle device is the fact that you can store multiple tunes. Roman was very professional when answering all of my questions, and was very helpful in selecting the appropriate tune file that I required. Overall I would say that the customer service experience matched the level of performance that was delivered.
Now about the car, because of this tune my car feels amazing its as if the mods have been magnified. The pedal in sport mode is beautiful that coupled with the short shift kit and the CDV delete and upgraded mounts makes for one smooth shifting car. I will be moving into the supercharged sector with ESS because of the perfection in their product.
Thank You ESS!

I have the flashed ECM, done in 2009. It has smoothed-out the throttle and given the engine a more loose, revvy feel. Sport mode pedal travel is still hot, but maybe a bit smoother.
I'm going to supercharge with ESS, so the credit given on that against this purchase is a further perk.

I've been driving my 2006 Z4M Coupe all weekend with this tune, and what I appreciate the most is the change in power and torque below 6,000 RPM. These cars are notoriously difficult to drive smoothly and this has transformed the car. On the street this is much more of a force to be reckoned with now. I don't track it, so I can't really speak to the differences in that environment, but let's face it, most of us drive on the street stoplight to stoplight most of the time, so that's where performance counts as far as I'm concerned. Bottom line this is worth every penny. The only detractor from the experience were the instructions for using the flash unit - they were wrong in terms of the process of flashing the ECU (incomplete really) and the grammar was poor in places making it difficult to understand. When you're flashing your expensive car you want to make sure you're doing it right! If the instructions were updated to actually reflect what happens during the flash process this product would be close to 100 points out of 100 points. Please don't take these constructive comments out of context, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I just wish the documentation was a bit more polished.
Thank you ESS!
