Ordering:
The easiest way to order is to use our fully automated, SSL encrypted webshop.
For phone orders, call 480-389-4377. ESS is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm MST.

Prices:
Prices: All prices are shown in U.S currency (unless otherwise selected) and are subject of change without prior notice. All prices are net export and do not include shipping or handling (this will be calculated automatically by the checkout system).

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Only when specific instructions are given will shipping mode be altered. Orders are usually shipped the next day. Freight charges include ECU return shipment from ESS using FedEx.

International Orders:
ESS ships every day to countries all over the world.

Payment:
All sales prepaid by Paypal, bank transfer, or credit/bank cards, we accept VISA,MC, DINERS and AMEX.  All goods remain property of ESS Performance Products USA Inc until payment is made. Deposit required on special orders.

Product Return Information:
We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please, write, e-mail or call us whenever there is a need for adjustment. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the original packaging, and received at ESS within 30 days of date of sale. No return will be accepted without invoice/sales receipt number or date of sale. We will issue you a return authorization number that must be marked on the return package. Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Performance software sales are final after 14 days and no refunds will be issued after this timeframe. Software for used or other vendor supercharger systems are not refundable as we have no control over the hardware quality/installation of the kit. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns unless due to our error. There is no return on special order parts.

Damaged Items:
When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. We provide good merchandise properly packaged to the carrier. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier, not to ESS.

Guarantee:
All parts are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned at customer's expense for replacement. We will replace all defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or abuse in any way. Customer assumes all liability and risk from the use of high performance products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, for any parts or work used for competition or track events. All parts will be warranted for 24 months, unlimited mileage, unless otherwise noted. All of our power ratings are tested on DynoJet type dynamometers and this is the only dyno type we will accept power measurements from when diagnosing performance issues. Customer shall notify ESS within 10 days of defects discovery. We reserve the right to withhold the replacement part until defective part has been examined and tested by ESS.

Product Use:
Unless otherwise noted it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations. For any ECU tuning products the ECU must be in stock state before ESS tuning is applied.
